1) Added the New Output String for L-Code 'L74'.

These changes are applicable for UCC US and CHINA Labels Programs.

Test Plan

1) Create a delivery for China with LCode L74 and run label program for China.
2) Create a delivery for US with LCode L74 and run label program for US.

Solution Details

Added the New Output String for L-Code 'L74'.
The new string is changed like below:

Address_Line_1, Address_Line_2,Ship_Company, Ship_Company_2, Ship_Address_1,
Ship_Address_2, Ship_City, Ship_State, Ship_Zip, X of Y, Y of Y , PO_Number, Dept number,
Store number, Store name, Dept name, Serial Ship Bar Code.
